P-Low's Aquatic Log

very nice tanks indeed!

What do you have in there?

Two Shrimps "esaebi" and one White Cloud Mountain that I thought was dying and threw it in there in which it soon revived itself.

Plants - two Young Microsorium tied to some driftfood which I hope will become emersive, some mosses that were left in the bin after I tied the rest off into my other tanks - they are free floating, lets see what happens. Young Amazon frogbits, because I hate to throw away good plants. And some Amazon Chidome (Hydrocotyle Leucocephala) and Red Ludwigia (trimmed out of my main tank) stuck into the white sand gravel. Thinking the stems may rot though in that kind of gravel. We'll see. Change the water every day. 1/2.

One of the shrimps is with eggs too.

Finished stocking my tanks today. 5 Lampeye for my main tank at home. Mini Bushy, and 5 more lampeye for my work tank.

Satisfied with my current plant load...

Did some heavy triming. Algea in check. Now to sit back and watch my grass grow. I'm going to let the plants grow as they like. Will trim when they overshadow the low growing plants. Ive been waiting for this moment.......

This is not a hobby for the impatient!!
You cant rush into it and expect instant, excellent results!!

really nice tanks abbot; you've clearly really been working hard on them for a while now :) great to see you're getting the reward.
