I found out yesterday that I could have saved myself some money on a tank by just going to a local welding supply place I found on the web.

Tank refills for sizes up to 20# all cost about $10.99 and a lot of places just want to take a deposit for a tank which you then return to trade in for a refill.

Similar rules apply at local brewing supply places.

So you can avoid actually buying a co2 tank and only really pay about $10 or so every couple years.

Worth looking into, a paintball cylinder will get drained pretty quickly.

hmm thanks for the heads up. So about $10 to get the tank and keep it yearly?!! crazy

I use the paintball set up 20 oz on my 75 lasts 4-5 weeks if you get a good fill. 3-4 if they don't give you a good fill. cost varies from 3-5 per fill. I keep 3 bottles so I only have to refill about every 60-90 days.

if i had the space tho I would replace that with a std set up.
