Hi Friends,

Hope all is well and great !

I'm thinking of painting the back glass of my Aquarium with a Dark Black Paint and just wanted to know if I'll have to get any particular kind of paint for the glass, so that it looks good and does not peel off easily.

Kindly guide me, Friends...
Thanks a lot !
Regards and Care

Clean the glass very well. I haven't had any isssues rolling on a good quality latex paint or most any style spray paint, though I prefer Krylon Fusion spray paint.

krylon fusion is great, and as a tip, get a bright light and put on the opposite side of the tank than what you are painting and it shows you really good if you have any light spots

For longest life without it bubbling off in a few yrs I roll on acrylic latex paint to which I've added about 4 oz of slow setting epoxy per quart of paint. This is more critical in SW because salt creep is insidious and never gives up trying to wick its way into any microscopic gap.
