I just brought home 2 panda cory's, I wanted to know what I should be feeding them.

One doesn't seem active at all and the other is all over the place. They were in spearate tanks at the store without any other cory's and now they seem to hang together. Pretty cute. I'd like to get at least one more for our 20 gallon.

Thanks!!

Hi,

A good staple diet for Panda Cories would be shrimp pellets. Be sure not to get the Wardley brand, because they are not a quality brand when it comes to shrimp pellets. Try to get HBH, Omega One, or Hikari Shrimp Pellets.

You should also feed them some algae/veggie wafers a couple times a week.

Another great kind of food is Hikari Sinking Wafers. And it could be their staple diet if you don't want to get shrimp pellets. My Cories love them!

Also try to give them some live or frozen food once a week or so.

Good luck with your Pandas!
