Panda Corydoras

hey..
so I looked it up and you may be right. We are going back to PJs where we got it and we're gonna ask them. But it looks like it. We'll see.

If so, maybe you can get a male for your female! The males are much more slender. If her belly is getting nice and round, she's maturing!

I went back to the store we got the Panda from and they said its either a female or it has a parasite..and he was like that when we got him! ..or her.

Let's hope it's a fat female! My albino cory females get so round when they are full of eggs, that there's been a couple of times I've had to just sit and stare at them to be sure they didn't have dropsy! Just eggs!

ive seen something like this before, but it seemed to disappear on its own with time. im not saying this is going to be the case every time, but keep an eye on it. if the fish stops eating or begins swimming erratically, quarantine and start googling!

I dont think she is gravid my females are much rounder when ready to lay. Looks like its scraped up. The red in the pic that sorrounds the white is it really red or from the flash. If so I would think she scraped up against something and is slowly healing. Keep doing water changes evry day will not hurt. The water changes help alot more then you could think. Good luck

i have four emerald cories and two albinos. all my females are much more white and plump through the belly region, especially when they are about to lay eggs, which one did on the back wall of the tank recently! woot! no hopes on the eggs turning into wrigglers though.... community tank...... evil barbs...... bottomless pit rainbow shark...... lol.
