Paradise Fish Behaviour

So my paradise fish is very young. He seems to be 100% healthy. He is making these odd clicking noises though. It seems that he only does it when he gulps air above the surface (hes a labarynth fish)

If hes acting fine in every other way..Im sure hes ok. I am positive i hear my fish (angels) chew there crisp flakes when I feed them..

I am thinking of getting this fish also, I read that they do that. I can't send the link as I must have been to 3 dozen sites at work. Can I ask, what are you stocking him with? I might get one tomorrow.
