Hi

Where do you find the parameters for a general marine community fish tank with live rock and minimal corals

ie carbonate hardness / alkalinity / calcium, etc.

ammonia=0
nitrates; 0-20
nitrite=0
alk hardness;3.0-3.4
phosphates=0
calcium; 400-450
these are the general guidlines but it can vary
