I changed the ¼ of the tank water, and then half day passed I found many white things floating around. At first, I thought they were some debris, but they are definitely moving. They are 1~2mm (1/8”) lengths and wormy white things (I whish I had a microscope!). Does anyone know what they are? And what I need to do?

If they are not on the fish, they are not parasites. They are likely to be nematodes, commonly living in tank substrates, especially when the organic load in the substrate is higer than it should be. Do you vacuum the gravel routinely?
