heres some pictures of a Parrot Fish im trying to save my buddy dropped it off cuz they messed him up pretty bad any suggestions on what to use would help

That first picture looks like he's about to swim out the window...:)

What happened to him? Are they suppose to swim upside down like that (sorry, not familiar with the fish). For those abrasions/cuts though, I would treat with Melafix.
 
hmm..really doesnt seem like theres much you can do..just keep him alone, and watch him..

aside from keeping the water pristine, i'd add 1 percent salt to the water. this will mitigate the effect of fluid loss through open wounds resulting in osmotic stress.
 
Please not table salt.
table salt is just fine. it's sodium chloride and that's what you're looking for. it's a myth that iodine and/or flow agents in table salt is bad for your fish ... there isn't enough of either agent to harm an amoeba let alone a fish.
