Parrot fish

I bought a young Parrot last week.
I have a piece of very tall driftwood in my tank... he sometimes snugs up close to it almost looks like hes hanging upsidedown... Is this a 'parrot thing'?
And hes kinda aggressive... how large do these guys get??

hangs upside down.. it may be laying eggs. aggression can be from protecting the nesting area. how young is it exactly?

They get pretty big. What size tank do you have it in?

They are an aggressive fish and will grow to 8"

They get about 8in. Is the tank new? Blood Parrots are fairly active but slower. It is not normal for him to hang upside down...I suspect you have something going on there.
