Parsley for dinner?

I read somewhere that Parsley was a good veggie to add for fish to eat. (My tank has all artificial plants) I microwaved it for about 15 seconds in a wet paper towel. I have been feeding them blanched zuchini, but I wanted to try something else for variety. So far, I am not sure that the parsley is appealing. Any other suggestions or experience with parsley.

Not sure about fish, but its great for snails.

i just tried blanched celery for the first time in the tank - thought it would be too bland so i'd never used it before, but empty fridges lead to new discoveries, because they loved it!

i've never tried parsley before, but i'm keeping an eye on this thread to find out if i'm going to be trying it soon.
