Paypal is so annoying and slow! RANT

Alright for anyone listening, i bought playing/yugioh cards for resale.Well i won the auction for just over 300.00 and thought to myself i got a good deal.Well if i would have known then what i know now, i would have never done it.

First off, I got the package in the mail on feb 15th or so.When i opened the box, i discovered the seller didn't include some cards shown in the picture and some cards in the description weren't even there.He stated there would be so many of one card,multiples of others and so on.So i emailed him stating the cards were taken out deliberately and replaced with crappy run of the mill common cards.He stated if i returned EVERYTHING from the auction he would send a refund otherwise it would be a partial.....You can already see where this is going.:headshake2:

Well i sent the cards back right away after opening a dispute in paypal on march 22nd.Well he got them within a week.Paypal stated he must sign for something over 250.00, so o required a signature.

They stated if they needed anything else they would contact me by march
22nd.Well the 22nd came and they stated they needed more time.Its now april 2 and im still out 300.00 plus dollars.:mad2:

One thing i have learned, is that there are quite a few factors involved with putting a claim through paypal...Sometimes, you just have to be patient and let it run its course...I know this does not help with the money your currently out of pocket, but, at face value, you should be getting a refund eventually...

Things just take time sometimes....

I've had to put a claim in with Paypal before, and yes the process is a bit long winded, but if it helps, I did get a full refund

hey, These cards sell like candy online.I work at a card shop so what can i say.....Lol you would cry if you really knew how much i just spent on pre-orders for the new set:lipssealedsmilie:

yes they are slow and a we bit lacking upstairs but in the end they get it done right

It really urks me though that you can be the most honest person on ebay/paypal and still get screwed.IDK i have been screwed way more than i can count with chargebacks,banks withdrawing funds and the list goes on.
