The powerquad uses a single bulb that looks like it has 4 prongs (PC1969 96W Quad 7100K Blue/10000K White (50/50) PowerCompact Bulb—Square Pin $39.95). The fixture actually comes with the bulb, so you don't need to order anything else unless you want to have a spare on hand.
