Peacock Gudgeon Breeding Journal

Day 2

Day 2! So far, so good. The male is eating a little bit, which is good. I took a little video of me feeding him, although its not the best video ever. It's hard to hold a camera and a pipette and make sure I'm focusing on the right area and feeding the male at the same time. I also took a couple of photos again.

First, the video.

And the photos.

Just did a really big water change, around 75%.
I'm still having some issues with ammonia, due to the recent crash and my using erythro in the tank. I just set up an AquaClear 20 on the tank, and stuffed it with media from the 20 gallon. Hopefully that will help reestablish my biofilter. I am also using a LOT of Prime, to lock up the ammo that forms between WCs.

Thank you for all your feedback, Halfmoonplakat. I'm like a new momma right now, showing everyone my baby pictures! :D
