Peacock or?

Can someone please tell me what kind of peacock this is, if it is a peacock. Any help would be great

looks like Copadochromis azureus to me. see lower picture.

No, not a peacock. Like liv2padl said, looks like Copadichromis azureus..... the three dots in the body are characteristic of the copadichromis genus. If its not azures, its one that is very similar and a better picture would help ID it for sure.
