peas for fish?

i feed my fish peas, carrots, all veggies really. of course it depends on your fish. but the ones i have love peas, i feed it to them often, mainly because people are always giving me free canned food and i dont personally eat veggies. but the fish/inverts do

don't mush them up so much i use frozen and thaw and slpi the shells off and just hug them between to flatten a bit i never cook mine except for what is blanched for frozen,..
keeps them from dissolving in the water,..my neons all bit at it to get their share,..

All my fish love peas too.

Agree with blanching and shelling them. If I don't I end up with the "shell" sitting at the bottom that I then have to fish (ha!) out later.

I've never found a need to mash them...big fish go after the pea and break them up while eating, little fish move in and mop up the scraps. 30 minutes later they're all reaching for the latest copy of National Geographic...fiberlicous!
