I'm not sure if you mean Pepso food that is made specifically for cichlids (and I've never seen such a thing), but if you mean regular old Pepso food, I'm not sure if it will work for you. The stuff is *tiny*. It's smaller than the betta bites I feed. I doubt that the cichlids would be interested in it very much.
You could try using garlic juice (easily found in those jars of minced garlic at the grocery store) and adding it to their current food. It helps ward off internal parasites and is an appetite stimulant...
Thanks, I did mean the plain old Pepso but using it for my cichlids. I was kind of thinking it was a garlic kind of thing. I have tried dipping their algea wafers in garlic juice before and they seemed to not mind it.
