pet shop trading me my angels for plants I am tickled!

These two have not gotten along with any one. 2 males in seperate tanks driving me nuts since they do not want to get along with anything in there tanks. So I called the local fish store and traded for plants. tomorrow I will bring the fish in and I am happy. I hated to do it, but I have had them over a year, they got big and now all they do is want to fight anything and everything.
my question here is... I put the firemouth thats always laying eggs into the 55 gallon tank with the other fire mouths, she would not pair up in her 29 gallon with the firemouths I grew out for her, so I decided she being the lone fish in my 29 was a waste of space. I do hope she will be ok in the big tank, I changed all the housing around and plants. everyone of my fish are following her, but not hurting her. flaring going on but so far peaceful.
Is my tank ok for a few weeks while I figure out what kind of fish to put in the 29 and get it ready for a new look

I live 110 miles from a decent fish store, is is good to order on line, and if so where and who? I would love your idea's in what fish to buy for my 29

oh and I would have traded for fish, but he has the worst fish any where. nothing to write home about and when I did buy fish from him, they all died fast every time. I go to petsmart in missoula to buy fish, but its just to far to go right now

id make the drive then. but online is fine for products, did you mean online livestock? thats ok too if you drip acclimate ect.

Only issue I see is if you let the 29g sit for acouple weeks with no fish all the good bacteria will die off and you will have to cycle it again. So you could either move a few fish over from the 55g or atleast run the filter that was on the 29g on your 55g to keep the good bacteria alive until you decide what to do.

well I went to the pet store today, what a hole, I would not leave any fish there! that place is the only pet store around these parts, man I feel sick for those poor fish.
