If your PS doesn't stock Perfecto, you're out of luck. My local PS has matched BigAlsOnline sale prices for me before, so I guess YMMV.
My only other suggestion, try to go fairly close to shift change time for management - that way you can be told "No" twice (That's your worst-case scenario).
