If that is the winning photo then you better enter the contest Joe.
Other than some nice Discus I see nothing great about that photo.
Besides being a salt water background there is a crease in it as well. Although the that well hidden ugf really makes a difference
They must have had a really poor selection to choose from.

Sadly enough that isn't even a crease in the background but a water stain on the front glass illuminated by the flash. And the piccture is on an angle as well. Yikes!
That giant danio or one of those tanks without fish should be the real winner.
