ok, so my tank has "Finally" cycled after 6 weeks almost to the minute. Here is my first pic of one of the guys I put in there, the other has come down with something and I'm treating him for it... but am optimistic that he will pull though ok.... I will get more pics when everything is back full swing with the tank. Here's the first guy.....pardon the tank, I have a dog who loves the fish and gives the tank daily kisses my next pics will be better...
here are a few pics. Im sorry about the horrible quality, i dont have my camera (back in CT) so i had to use a friends and it didnt work too well. You get the general idea though. Once i get my puffers ill put some of them up too
once i get my digital ill get some new pics. I might also throw in a pic of the empty puffer tank, it looks cool and i need an idea for a backround (i dont want to use the premade ones). I was thinking just a piece of dark blue poster paper
and thats a semi planted 20gal tank; The swords are alive
well, i finally got my camera and finished the DP tank. Tell me what you think, i need ideas for a backround, i just have blue poster for now, it works ok, nothing too fancy
My 40gal planted tank, just got 4 juvie rainbow cichlids in hope of getting a pair. The tank also contains various pl*cos and some young convicts(had no where else to put them, they will be going soon).Sorry for the crappiness of the pics the rainbows wont stay still.
Full tank shot
Rainbows and cons, two of the pink cons are quite stubby(not nearly as stubby as JB's but still different from a normal con).
An apisto? With convicts? Am I loco? Actually she is one tough little gal and can really stand up for herself, she hangs with the cons and rainbows.I'm still not sure if I should rehome her or get her a mate(only planning on having one pair of rainbows so it might work).
