How do i put pics into my reply?

you'll need to upload your pics to a picture hosting site such as www.picturetrail.com

then when that's done, open the picture, rightclick on it, select properties, and copy the url..... paste it here as an image....

Im running off Windows me So how do i get my pics into the post. The pics are in a folder called My Pictures?

Well, for example, your first picture, N8DOGG just copied 'http://pic16.picturetrail.com/VOL702/3048346/6181504/79545671.jpg' and then clicked the 'Attach Image' icon then pasted it in there. That's all.
