I love that crab...it's beautiful ! Nice tank too Moller...I really like the rocks you have in there. Is that a full 3 dimensional background or seperate rocks piled up ?

The background is just black. There is only 5 rocks in the tank and two pieces of wood. Those rocks are a result of years of searching rock cories and fish stores. Thank you for your coments

Having my options limited this is my first tank in the apartment a 15 Gallon High.. although i'm only allowed a 10. Just getting around to this Great forum already it has gave me insight into alot of things so here's a few pics and a small 1.5 mb AVI file of my Black Moor swimming in the bubbler wall.

One of the fake plants looks like plastic chains, and .. you're right :) I didn't want to pay 5.99 for fakes at the pet store so went to craftstore got a 6 foot piece with soft leaves for 3.99.. I cut into it to make sure no metal in the plastic chain area's.. and then used the live plant weight downs to hold it in place :)

Now.. how the heck do I get clear tank pics with a digital camera? I got to take tons of photos for the few half decent blurry ones I got.

Tank Setup:

15 Gallon High, Eclipse I Filtration/Lighting Hood, 4 Live plants, several fake, Driftwood. 1 Black Moor, 1 Unknown style Fancy Goldfish.

I don't know how you guys get such good pics..I had to take 3 seperate pics and merge them together, thats why the GF looks funny.

Well mine are blurry but I sat back on a stool about 8 feet took some and used the zoom on my digital camera.. I believe my problems with blur is fish movement and digital camera not having a fast shutter speed.. I experimented with flash and no flash and out of about 50 pics I found 4 I liked :)

Another way that I get them with no blur like my Avatar is do a short video on my digi-cam then screencapture the scene I like best :)

That is a red tiger Lotus :)

Thank you :) I will have to see if I can find some, while I wouldn't order a fish via online, plants I will take a chance.. my lfs does not seem to have much varieties in live freshwater plants.
