Picasso Clown Problem?!!! Please help!

I looked at my picassos tail fin and saw like a little brownish dot and its sort of on the end near his white part starts the tail fin! :/ hes so hard to get a picture of so this is the best i could do of his tail! and do scarlet shrimp often go on sand because mine never did and now i saw him on it for the first time, and one of my Narcissus snails I NEVER see in day is out!

check all you water chemistry,.. nitrite,nitrate, aand all the others not sure what it is but if thing seem outa whack then check you water,.. also check it at the tap or ro source,. what ever you use,. to start and go from there,.. how is he acting?

i really cant tell if its a bump or just a little discoloring,im leaning more towards a darkgreen brown bump on his side and back fin :/
I did a water change and im pretty sure my nitrates in my tap are 0
My Salinity went down a little bit from 1.024 to 1.022
my nitrates are at about 11
My ammonia and nitrites are at 0
my AK is 10
my calcium is at 510ish which is its usual!
i dk whats going on with him, hes swims fast usually all the time because he is young and small and there is quite a bit of current in the little tank but now he sorta darts every once in a while barelly but he does.
i cant get pictures its to hard, im gonna have to take him to my LFS tomorrow when im finally not sick anymore! ughhhh he was 60 bucks if he dies im gonna be so sad/mad!
 
All my corals are fine btw. none hiding! even the shy leather
