OMG I love Cocker Spaniels! I had several growing up. Yours reminds me of my Muffin! SO cute! Congrats on the new puppy

Here is an updated picture of Tootsie. Shes grown quiet a bit, but shes still smaller than average for a cocker spaniel her age. I think shes going to be a dwarf, lol. I have switched her food about 2 weeks ago to chicken soup for the puppy lovers soul to see if that would help spark some growth in her.
