Picked Up Some Ammonia

Laziness is good

I got my ammonia from ... it's like $0.97. It's ... cheap ... It might have said "pure" ... I shook it, and it didn't have any bubbles. I used it ... it worked great

...I'm too lazy to go get it...

I think the operative words are "cheap", "pure", "no bubbles".
See, in the cheap stuff, they are not adding (more cost) anything!!

If we did not have laziness, nothing would ever get invented! :)

I got my ammonia from Wal-mart...it's like $0.97. It's got a cheap looking purple or blue paper on the outside of it with "ammonia" written in big letters across it. It might have said "pure" on it as well...I don't remember, the bottle is in the basement, I'm too lazy to go get it. I shook it, and it didn't have any bubbles. I used it to cycle my 46g tank and it worked great

The ond Walmart ammonia was fine. The new stuff has surfactants. Check the label before using.

I picked it up. Its called Clear Ammonia and has Great Value written up the side. Its a purple & blue label.

The ingredients are: softened water, ammonia, chelating agent.

Ace Hardware ammonia is what I am using.

pure amonia should be this. (Water and Amonia). Thats it. Go to an albertsons, or food lion.

I checked two walmarts (one a super) and a target last week, they only had the bubbly kind, so I'll secound the be careful of walmart. they only had one type of ammonia there and it looked to be a house brand. It may be locality thing. I did find no bubly, no phosphate at the local hardware store today though so I am ready to go I think.
