love the blue !!

GREAT looking fishies

Great coloring!

I'm back into fish keeping now after a lay off - this tank is sort of a hodgepodge until I can get a few more tanks out of storage and running. In addition to the Syno breeding, I'm trying out some plants in the tank. So far I've been having great luck with a few Anubius and Java Fern. The second pot from the left was a bulb seven days ago - I forgot the name, but its growing like a weed. Heres a few more shots (crap photos). First is a Red Shoulder, second is a Blue Orchid (photo doesnt do it justice - jet black, with a solid white stripe on top and solid yellow spots on the anal fins) and some plants

The pots are filled with Eco-Complete and a Flourish tab. Lighting is one 48" All-Glass 110watt PC.

Substrate is a mix of a few different very fine gravels I had in storage and about 10lbs of crushed coral. The pots are nice - the plants get good soil, fish wont uproot as much and its easy to move them for cleaning.
