pics of my new pinocchio shrimp

I added a couple of Pinocchio or red-nose shrimp (Caridina gracilirostris) to the tank and thought I'd share some pics.

They are doing well so far...They tend to swim a lot more than the other shrimp. They also have a habit of headstanding, or hanging upside down from the plants.

They have been a pain to try and photograph...they are quite small and never quite stop moving. Plus, their eyes stick out perpendicular to their body...it is tough to get everything in focus with the limited depth of field when photographing something this small.

Those are beautiful shrimp. Are they Sulswasies? If so, how hard are they to care for?
