Pictures of the flooding in my little area- load warning

Dog poop and butterfly! Makes you chuckle in-spite of the mess and destruction. For some reason, river floods scare me worse than dealing with the unknowns of a hurricane.

And to think I was whining about losing electricity for 12 hours! That was nothing to compare to the flooding you are experiencing. I am sending positive thoughts to you all. (I liked the poo too.)

thanks for the pics too. helps to see what my brother's been griping about. last i talked to him he was telling me his wife was stuck at work at the power station for 2 days due to lack of roads to get home on. now i see why.
 
we are in york county.


Hopefully things will be better today. Today will be spent working on finishing drying out the basement and sorting thorugh damp things to see what is salvageable.
 
That is just devastating, I can't even imagine. We have a little water in the basement, but it's just a nuisance. You have reminded me that I need to toss out some stuff that got wet, before mold sets in. I hope mold won't be an issue for you.
 
I saw that the Bloomberg area was having some bad flooding, isn't that where Bio's parents are? I hope they are OK, and Bio, is she OK? Dangerdoll! I forgot... she's in PA, too, right? I hope you are all safe and don't have serious losses from all this.

Rach, have you lost equipment in your flooded basement/fish room? How high has the water gotten down there?
