Pictus are my husband's favorite. We had 4 in our 120 and they were total oinkers. Hyper, too. Sometimes they'd be so greedy they'd eat to the point of laying tilted on the bottom of the tank, their bellies very noticeably round with food.
Our's ate beef heart, blood worms, shrimp, algae tabs, and anything else that caught their eye and could fit in their mouth.
