SAE's and Seachem's excel work wonders for BBA.

so what do you do? soak them in the excel? squirt excel on them ? what?? more explaining is always needed when you post what will work but no info on how to use the info . thanks

i dont have any shrimp or anything. This tank is pretty much a short term temporary home. I am leaving in 3 weeks for az where i will be purchasing a used tank of larger proportions, hopefully i can score a 46 gal bow front, and int hat shrimp may be good

I wouldn't worry too much about it then. Just get rid of it manually.

Manually remove what you can, do a 50% water change, make sure filter is working properly. Dose adequate nutrients.
