Plant Order Got Stuck In Customs!

We have had some trouble internally with some of our orders.
First off, we ship with all the necessary papers and documents, including phytosanitary certifications.

We have already settled all our issues with our trans-shipper in USA as well as internally. Operations are back to normal.

that's nice. so is anything going to be done to rectify the situation Bmeasure had been put through? Obviously it put them in a tight spot due to needing their plants in a timely manner for business purposes and they ended up having to buy more plants in addition to the ones ordered through aquabid in order to fulfill their obligations.

I hope you are discussing something privately with them to correct this unfortunate turn of events.
