plant pruning

Slowlyburn is right... my wysteria looks the same as his right now, though the leaves on mine are starting to grow out more near the bottom and look like the more developed, grown out wysteria that you see in some pics.

Yea I'm sure now... There are a couple of pics I looked at over the weekend. Plus like I said a few posts up, Mine have the longer leaves up on top of the plant.

Hygrophila difformis can be grown immersed or submerged..the leaves are differetn when the plant is submerged. I am guessing that what you have, slowlyburn, is the immersed version..it will change out to the more commonly seen version.

Here we go AGAIN with the G/D emergent growth plants

Yes, that is wisteria, grown out of water (emersed, emergent, emerged) growth. It will grow different shaped leaves now that it is under water. Isn't that just terrific!?! The plant you thought you bought for your aquarium is now going to become something totally different!!! Man I hate that!!!! The good news is that the new growth will probably be a lot healthier looking than those dying leaves on it now :)

Nope. As the old leaves start to die off, pick them off and hopefully you'll have a nice plant in no time!

Ok cool Thank you!
