I was thinking about some grass like plants or foreground cover plants in my tank but i don't know what is suitable for my 10g shrimp tank? Something easy to grow and not too tall. If its too tall i have to be able to trim it. Light is about 2wpg. I researched about Eleocharis parvulus (Dwarf Hairgrass) and some said its high maintenance and some say its easy so i'm not sure?!?!?! Any Suggestions please. :dance2:

2nd Question..
I bought a driftwood with a small java fern attached to it and its been 2 weeks and i don't understand why the leaves are still curled ??? I probably shouldn't have bought that piece to begin with but wut i really wanted was the wood cuz it was a good deal. I fertilize with Seachem flourish and i can see regular growth but the bigger old leaves are just still curly and holey

i have eleocharis parvulus, 2wpg is bare min for the light requirement, it really needs co2 injection to grow though.

If it's just a shrimp tank, then get some mini moss (search auqabid.com). It would be perfect for 2wpg and shrimps will love you for it.

Not sure about java fern, all i know is they are slow growing and the ones i saw in aquarium shops all look like crap.

:p: I already got materials to make a moss wall for my background. Hope thats gona work out. Just checkin to see if i could find somethin for the front

Cryptocorynes. You can get some really great colors that will match your shrimp. They are highly variable too!

Temple plant. It's a hygrophilia species. Grows excellent in 10 gallon setups.

Elodea/anacharis it grows quickly. Be sure to clip the older ends off as they pass away.
