plant tabs

Has anybody used these. I have a red melon sword and was wondering if these would help?

Iron root tabs works great on swords, they suck it up real fast and explode their growth, however a negative side is when you accidently stir up the tab, you get cloudy water and algae bloom or nothing if your lucky, IME I've found that all plants can grow nicely and acceptably even without root tabs, some people swear by them, and yes they do work, just a bit of a pain when you disturb the substrate.

i've tried another brand. it was 0-0-8 i believe. 8 is potassium.

it gave my root feeders an instant boost. results within days.
