Yes, luckily I refused to send my ballast back without talk to someone. If you call their number an go to support the voice mail tells you to go to the website for instructions on sending ballast back. After days of not getting a live person I tried the receptionist and that voicemail gives you the bad news.

Congrats to a beautiful underwater world...I like the set up. You have gotten a hold of some nice healthy plants.
How would you feel about a back drop so the equipment is hidden?
On my 125g tank we painted the outside with a forest green paint....kind of uneven so it looks like plants and things...Sigrid

I'm afraid I'm not understanding, the tank as a black background currently. The hoses turn grey with time which makes them more noticeable, but I do have a new skimmer the existing one is a little beat up.
Do you have a link to your 125g or a pic. it might help me understand the question?

Retiring
With mix emotion the count down to retiring this tank starts today as I will be official upgrading to a 180g tank. The logistics involve may cause me alot of emotional stress as my wife will bring harm to me if I do this half fast (or so I've been warned) because this tank has to go in place of the 120g.
I will take pictures to document it's end of days as I hope it will eventually bring a happiness for someone.
OH and before all the volunteers start trying to help me alievate my pain this tank will only move for a price at least to change owner ship that is....LMAO
