Planted tank occupants....

I have read umpteen Tropical fishkeeping books in the last year and goodness knows how many mags and I have never seen pics of this quality. They are stunning!!
Your fish are pretty nice too! Well done and keep them coming!

Hows the care for the threadfin rainbows? I saw some at a lfs priced 3 for 10 but wasnt sure on exactly what their requirements are.

Despite what I've read, they're pretty easy to care for and ultimately, according to the 'bow heads, do their best in a planted tank with a ph in the range of 6.8-7.0. My ph is still in the mid/high 7's despite the c02 injection, and I blame it directly on the eco-complete substrate.

I feed them HBH flake once a day and cyclopeeze once a day. They look really good right now and I've been told the'll be even nicer once I get my ph down. :headbang2:
