Planting tank?

Next question, when you but plants from most places around here they come in a bunch, is it best they be planted this way, or should each stem be seperated and planted, I have never used as many plants as I plan to this time and was just wondering what would be best...

I left my moneywort in a bunch... but you really dont have to
But keep rooted plants together (such as amazon sword)

It is better to plant the stem separately or in groups of 2 or 3. Gives the light a chance to get to the bottom of the stems. Plant them close so they look like bush but separate them a bit.

Thats what I was thinking about doing, I just wasn't sure if there was a reason the sold them like that.
