My husband has a 10 gallon tank with a few mollies in it. It has a 15 watt light and we use some salt in the water (2 tbsp per 10 gal). I'm looking for easy, low light plants that are salt tolerant I can put in there. Thanks!

Mollies like salt. Plants don't. I have a mollie in my open top tank to eat the surface scum. She does a great job and there is NO salt in the tank. So IME, you can get by without salt for your mollies, but plants, as a rule don't do well with salt in the tank.

I have never had luck keeping mollies in fw. I have kept them fine in brackish, or full saltwater.
Anyway, about the plants. I have a brackish tank for my Red Claw Crabs, a 10 gallon tank and 15 watt aquagro light. The salinity is 1.004. I have Java Moss, Java Fern, Cryptocoryne Wendtii, and Duckweed all growing great. I've tried Corkscrew Vallisneria and Brazilian Waterweed, not sure how they would do, my crabs ate these plants. I've read where Corkscrew Vallisneria can withstand some salt.
