A couple of places I can suggest would be Jeff Michels at www.aquaticclarity.com or Ted Judy at www.tedsfishroom.com. They bring in plants from Singapore regularly and you can order from them and then you don't have to worry about the legal red tape.

I just got some nice Cryptocoryne tonkinensis from Jeff a few weeks ago.

I just got some plants and livestock in from Ted Judy and the plants were first rate. Easy guy to work with too.

Mosses are too easy to get in the states, to bother ordering from an Asian seller and ending up on a Homeland Security list. Customs does the confiscation, but they all report to the same bosses. Based on posts in other forums, Some of the Asian sellers have most of their plant shipments to the US confiscated.

Post a wanted ad listing what you're looking for and you should get plenty of responses. I'd ship you some but it's below zero here.
