Plants from FloridaDriftwood.com

Update on both of my earlier complaints. To my surprise, my worms came in from skeeterbytes today, but the soil was sour and I couldn't find anything living in it, but I seeded some cultures with it anyway. There might be some little white worms in there still alive.

I called floridadriftwood and I told them about the damaged and dead plants and they offered to ship them in a bigger box and double up on those items next time I order from them. I'm afraid they won't have the opportunity to make good on that offer though, but at least they answered the phone and made an attemp to straighten out my complaint. With that said, the plants that arrived dead were dead (rotten) before they left their facility, which I think is unexcusable.

Best way to help people out who ask about this particular vendor is to copy this thread to your hard drive and then it'll be easily available when you want to respond to their questions.
I don't know how the vendor in question stays in business. I've never heard anything positive about them on any of the forums. Just a lot of complaints.
