I just restarted my 30g after a move. I now have about 30 lbs of laterite as the base. My ph was runnign about 7.8 not sure yet of others as no test kit available. my java plants(narrow and wide leaf) are starting to turn black and roting. I just started adding florish nitrogen.potassium ans phosphorus. What else shouled I do. May have hard water in the area.
