This is one of the odd times I will ask a question here but:

Iv got a 20g fully stocked. It has 30w+15 in two serpeate strips giveing me a total of 45w or 2.25WPG. I have also recently set up DIY C02. I am using Eco-Complete with:

Hornwort (Growing well, but brown)
Cryptocryme (2 of them) (Very small)
Anbais (2 of them) (Leaves are thin almost holes, with brown spots, not alage)

So what levels do I need to test for? (Im lazy today)

Me too Kas, I know how you feel, plants aren't easy :)
I'm guessing they're missing some nutrients. A good trace mix and some KCl ('No-Salt', available at the grocery store in the spice aisle) should help. You can buy trace mix (dry) very cheap at hydroponics stores, I get mine at Jungle Hydroponics near Main subway station.

If you are on the same water supply as Blinky, why not take a look at her tank page and check out her dosing schedule. I know your lighting and plant mass is different but it could give you an idea on what you're missing. I suspect K, which Flourish alone wont address.

Kas, I mix my own ferts with dry compounds from the hydroponics shop - it's less expensive than buying bottled ferts, and I like to tinker with things so it suits me :)
The mix is in my sig. link, I dose 1ml/10g daily, along with ~1 drop of fleet/10g. Seems to work well for my tanks, I've tried different things and keep coming back to a PMDD style of doing things.
