Plants with Rocks

^^ Just a cool title I thought.

But I am setting up my 10 gallon tank and I have some like gravely small rock stuff. Will plants grow in that? If you need pic just ask.

Needs to of small size for roots to develop. Gravel made of small rocks that most shops stock will do fine.

You need small gravel for plants to grow well. You can always add that stuff on top of your sand.

I use a fine gravel that works fine for plants. Pea-sized gravel might be too loose, however.
