What type of fertilizer is the best for planted tanks. Right now I'm using plant tabs. Is there a better fertilizer?

I don’t think there is a “better” fertilizer. What you are striving for is a balance - healthy, growing plants and no algae. If you have achieved that, then there’s nothing to fix. If you’re looking to improve something about the way your plants are performing, I’m sure if you search the plants forum with the word ‘fertilizer’ you will get a plethora of reading material. A lot of members use the Seachem Flourish line of fertilizers.
