Plastic Toys as Decorations

Hard plastics are normally fine. Very soft plastic can sometimes leach toxins.

Ya had to get me thinking about how to get murlocs to fit in with my tank theme, didn't you?

The first thing I thought of when I saw them was "OMG I _have_ to find out if I can put those in my tank!"


Sounds like it should be ok, so I'll give it a good soak before adding it to the tank. I'll post pics sometime later this week.

Awesome... Now I can see it perfectly in my head. I'll finally make that dwarf puffer tank I've been wanting to do. Playsand bottom, with Lady Vashj as a centerpiece amongst some of those 'ancient column' decor pieces that are everywhere. Maybe a few plants for good measure for hiding spots. Why oh why did you have to do this to me? :drool:

Might leech some stuff... You could always epoxy the outside and make it 100% waterproof. There's also hodgepodge? sp? something at crafts stores that claims it can also make things waterproof.
