There are 8 platy fry in my new aquarium tank which somehow avoided being eaten and survived the high nitrite levels which I had for awhile.
I'm wondering how much the nitrite may affect their future health. The level was at the top of the scale on my test kit for about a week. I was doing daily 10-15% water changes, but the nitrite level would only drop down a notch after every water change. They must be tough little guys though.
