1.5w can still grow a lot of plants, even some plants that are typically considered moderate light plants, they just won't grow as fast. Get yourself some Java moss and Java fern, possibly some hornwort to start. Maybe get a small piece of driftwood to attach the fern and/or moss to and see how they do (and how it looks to you). You can also tie some Java fern to lava rock, this gives the roots a growing/attaching medium and also allows you to easily move the plants around if you change your mind on placement.
