hey, i went to my aquarium and i saw that when one of my fish took a breath, and like these tiny bubles were going out of his mouth. after a while a differ fish was doing it. please help, i dont want my fish to die
Any other symptoms? This one isn't very specific, could be that the fish are surfacing, could be bubbles building up on them, especially if you did a water change with water straight from the tap, or if there is a bubbler in the tank.
well, i reported it to my LFS and i noticed that they had white sploches, like a cow, on one of my chromis, they wernt protuding i told him, and he sayed that it was bacterial infection, he sayed to use liquid garlic in thier food.
Bacterial infections are usually the result of poor water conditions. While garlic has gotten some support for helpign with parasitic infestations I've never heard of anything indicating it will help with a bacterial infection. Search around, see if you can find a picture of something similar to help further identify the problem. http://www.fishpalace.org/Disease.html is a good place to start. In the mean time, I would start doing regular 10-20% water changes, since cleaner water is never a bad thing.
