please help me!

hi, was wondering if anyone could help me, a week ago i spotted a few of my fish glancing of plants and flicking on the gravel,i tested the water and the results were:

ammonia = 0ppm
nitrites = 0ppm
nitrates = 10ppm

i did a 25% water change and they still continued this behaviour, it's not constant and they only do it every now and then. There's nothing else visually wrong with them they're still eating and going about their bussiness as usual except a couple of my guppies who occasionally hang about at the water surface. i went to my local pet shop and they suggested an anti velvet and slime medication, so i tried it and nothings changed, they're no worse or better!

I have a 190L tank which at the moment contains:

5 leopard danios (2 showing above behaviour)
4 guppy's (3 showing above behaviour)
2 sucking loach
1 dwarf sucking loach

any help would be much appreciated as i've no idea what to do!

Your water parameters are optiomal.Sometimes fish get an itch (just like humans) and that itch needs to be scratched.

Its called flashing and its natural fish behavior.....no need to med your tank or be concerned if they are showing no other symptoms
